Right of Withdrawal

  1. Right to Return: You have the right to cancel the contract with the supplier without providing any reason or facing any penalties within fourteen (14) days after receiving the purchased items from www.ingridpou.com. You may also exchange the item for another one, but you will be responsible for the return shipping fee, any price difference with the new item, and its delivery costs.

  2. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal: To exercise your right of withdrawal, we recommend requesting a return label by emailing contacto@ingridpou.com.

  3. Returning the Item: You must return the items to the supplier within fourteen (14) days after receiving them, using a carrier of your choice. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

  4. Return Responsibility: You will bear the cost of returning the purchased items. Under no circumstances will the amount to be refunded be deducted. The risk of damage or loss during return shipping is your responsibility. Therefore, we recommend insuring the goods for their commercial value with the carrier.

  5. Conditions for a Valid Return: To ensure a successful return, the following conditions must be met:

    • The item must not have been worn, used, washed, or damaged.

    • Items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

    • You must return the items within fourteen (14) days after receiving them, using a carrier of your choice.

    • Please send us the tracking number of your return package at contacto@ingridpou.com.

  6. Refund Process: Once the supplier receives the items and verifies the return conditions, a refund will be issued within thirty (30) days, provided all conditions are met.

  7. Refund Denied: If the conditions for the return are not met, no refund will be issued, and the return shipping costs will be your responsibility. However, if requested, we can resend the items in their returned state at an additional charge.

Refund Times and Terms

  1. Return Review: Once the supplier receives the returned items, they will check whether the conditions of withdrawal have been met. If the conditions are satisfied, the supplier will send you an email confirming the acceptance of your returned items.

  2. Refund to the Purchaser: If the person listed in the order is not the one who paid for the items, the refund will be made to the person who made the payment, as outlined in section 1.6.

Customs and Import Duties

  1. Customer Responsibility: Any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees applied by your country’s customs authority are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees and will not be covered by the supplier.

  2. Compliance with Regulations: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they comply with all applicable customs regulations and to pay any additional charges upon the arrival of the items in the destination country.

  3. Return Shipping Costs: In the event that customs duties or taxes are not paid, resulting in the return of the items to the supplier, the cost of return shipping and any other related fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
