Refund and Return Policy

Right of Withdrawal

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without penalty or justification within 14 calendar days after receiving the product.

You may also request an exchange for another item. In this case, the costs of returning the original product, any price difference with the new item, and the shipping of the new product will be at the customer’s expense.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must not have been used, washed, modified, or damaged.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition.

  • The return must be made within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

  • You must provide the return tracking number by emailing contacto@ingridpou.com.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. In case of damage or loss of the product during return shipping, the customer will be solely responsible. We recommend insuring the package for its commercial value.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item, we will verify that it meets the return conditions. If approved, you will receive a confirmation email, and we will proceed with the refund.

The refund will be processed within a maximum of 30 days from the date we receive the returned product. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase.

If the order was placed by a person different from the one who made the payment, the refund will be issued to the original payer’s account.

If the return conditions are not met, a refund will not be issued. In this case, the customer may request to have the item sent back to them, assuming the corresponding shipping costs.
