Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on external factors such as customs procedures or weather conditions.

International Shipping: We offer international shipping. Please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and additional fees may apply upon arrival of the goods in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. If customs duties or taxes are not paid, resulting in the return of the items, the cost of return shipping and any additional fees will be deducted from your refund.

Tracking Your Order: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order by visiting the carrier's website and entering the tracking number.

Shipping Restrictions: Currently, we do not ship to P.O. boxes. We also may not be able to ship to certain remote locations. If there are any issues with shipping to your address, we will contact you directly to arrange an alternative.

Lost or Damaged Packages: We take great care in packaging and shipping our products. However, if your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at contacto@ingridpou.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Please note that if the product is damaged upon delivery, you must notify us within 48 hours for assistance.
